I thought I would see what others do to relax...
For me, I like to go for a nice leisurely walk through nature...or meditate....or watch a good comedy...take the kids to the park...when it is warm...we like to go camping, hiking...and fishing....
SO, which one did you pick?
What do you do for YOU?
Do share... _________________

I chose reading. I can lose myself in a book
I love reading Mills and Boon Modern Romances
It kinda takes me from reality for a while
and the endings are always happy
Blessings

I chose crafting - but I love to read too.
I make the pages of my book of shadows as scrapbooking work, I knit, cross stitch and (try) crochet.
Along with some familiar DVD in the background, my mind gets to drift away! |

I voted 'Read a Book'. I used to would craft or draw...but I burned myself out. I sometimes play the keyboard or piano if one is handy. Playing music always relaxes me. |

I voted other. My favorite thing to do to relax is go to a cafe and sip a mocha in a big comfy chair. Sometimes I'll talk, sometimes I'll play chess, sometimes it's the daily crossword puzzle or reading a book. I really miss this... I haven't found an adequate replacement in Aus. :-/
If I'm stressed, I do knitting or cross stitch or organize stuff around the house or cook. Sometime somewhat repetitive with a small artistic bent.

| I voted 'read a book', because that's what I probably do the most. Otherwise I do a lot of cross stitching, and watch movies or tv series. I also like to bushwalk and when I can be bothered driving the half hour to get to the Onk. Gorge I love to go and walk in there. |

I chose "Relax...What is that??"
I buzz on and on and on for days on end, and I don't do things to make myself relax. I tend to burn out, then all I can do it relax! |
